PaperHelp Review: Everything You Should Know

General Rating: 5/10

Advantages:

  • user-friendly site
  • day-and-night customer support
  • moderate prices

Disadvantages:

  • lack of information about writers
  • you can’t pick the writer
  • no blog or samples on the website

PaperHelp is one of the numerous writing services you can find on the internet. Their website claims that this project was started in 2008, so PaperHelp can be considered as a time-tested service. They provide students with various kinds of academic assistance: writing samples from scratch, admission help, editing, etc.

You may find many positive PaperHelp.org reviews online, but they miss some details. I don’t think that this writing service is bad or fraudulent, but I’m sure that students should be aware of some disadvantages.

In the article below, you’ll find relevant information about the PaperHelp writing service: pricing policy, discount system, paper quality, customer support, etc.

PaperHelp Review: Available Services

The PaperHelp website is really easy to navigate, so you can find everything you need quickly and with no headache. In the section on prices, you can find the list of available services.

You can order five different types of services:

  • Writing from scratch
  • Editing/proofreading
  • Multiple choice questions
  • Problem solving
  • Admission help

Admission help is the most expensive service ($41 per page), and editing or proofreading is the cheapest service (starts from $6 per page for high-school level).

When you place your order, you may also get a bunch of additional services:

Available Services - PaperHelp

Some of them seem to be overpriced:

  • Plagiarism Report – $9.99 for 1-10 double-spaced pages and $1 for each additional page. I’m not sure that this service makes any sense if PaperHelp guarantees 100% original papers anyway. You can’t show this report to your professor, right?
  • Abstract Page – $14.99. It’s weird that the price doesn’t depend on the required academic level or deadline date as the price for the whole paper.
  • VIP Services – $14.99. If you want to be treated like a king, you should pay extra. 🙂
  • Advanced Writer – $14.99. I’ve copied the explanation from the site: “Native English writer, best in the requested field of study.”
  • One of the 10 Top Writers – additional $8 per page. “Native English writer with the highest rating.”

I don’t get how writers get their categories or how their rating is calculated, as I haven’t found any information on the PaperHelp website. Also, the price for an advanced or TOP writer in the prices section and in the ordering form differ, and I don’t know which of them is the right one.

Without additional services, you may order an essay or research paper from PaperHelp at an affordable price. But if you want to get a plagiarism report or assign the writer of a higher category, you’ll have to pay a fortune. Besides, extra features aren’t applicable for a refund.

PaperHelp Review: Prices

As I’ve mentioned above, PaperHelp has quite moderate prices, especially if you manage to order your samples in advance.

You may calculate your price with a special table or price calculator in the section labeled “Prices.” There is also a free inquiry feature to know exactly what the price for your order will be or if the service has an available writer right now.

The price (without additional features) depends on three criteria: academic level, number of pages, and the deadline date. The minimum deadline is 3 hours, and the maximum is 20 days. If your order is too complex, then the shortest deadlines won’t be available.

You can take a look at the prices in the table below:

High School College University PhD
3 hours $23 $25 $29 $34
12 hours $17 $19 $23 $26
3 days $12 $13 $17 $19
7 days $10 $11 $14 $16
14 days $7 $8 $12 $14
20 days $6 $7 $11 $12

As you’ve noticed, you can’t order a sample for the master’s academic level from PaperHelp.

PaperHelp Review: Discounts

PaperHelp offers their customers three types of discounts. The first type is a discount for first-timers. The service offers you the ability to play a discount game and “win” a discount:

Discounts - PaperHelp

You may win different discounts in such a manner: 5%, $10, 20%, etc. This discount is only applicable to orders over $30. That’s a unique format, and I haven’t seen this feature on any other website.

The second type of discount is a one-time saving. You can get 5% off if your order’s price is over $500, and 10% off if you pay more than $1,000. I’m not sure that someone would spend $1,000 for one order from a writing service, but everything is possible in our world.

The third type of discount concerns loyalty program bonuses. You may save up to 20% depending on the number of pages and pay for your current order with the bonuses from the previous orders.

You can’t mix different types of discounts in one order.

PaperHelp Review: Confidentiality

PaperHelp guarantees total confidentiality to their customers. When you place your first order, you have to share your email or sign up with your Facebook or Google profiles. I don’t recommend the second option. Although it’s very convenient, the more the service knows about you, the more information it might give away.

PaperHelp Review: Conclusion

In my humble opinion, PaperHelp is a good writing service, but you have no guarantees that your order will be completed by qualified writers. I couldn’t find enough information about their employees. Also, you can’t pick the writer by yourself and communicate with him or her before assigning the paper.

  1. I’ve seen many paper help reviews, but I still can’t trust any writing services. I’ll suffer, but I’ll complete my assignments by myself!

  2. I ordered twice from paperhelp. The first sample was fine, I got b. But the second one was late and of bad quality. I think that everything depends on the writer that you’ll get.

  3. I doubt that they write good samples for peanuts. How much do the writers get if you pay only $10 per page???
